It is important to understand that by opening this calendar you are entering a cosmic consciousness matrix. The phrases on each date will not help you to better understand what is happening on any particular date. Instead they indicate an appointment that you have with the cosmos. It is your invitation to participate in the planetary expansion and evolution that is occurring each day and to do so in synchrony with others.

Each date has two different sets of words or phrases on it. The words in the first set all begin with Capital Letters. This phrase tells you who your appointment is with that day and points toward a state of being rather than a title or role. The second set uses no capital letters and is the action or breath of the day. It tells you what you'll be doing while communing with the spiritual essence of that day.

To use this calendar to its maximum daily potential, take a few moments to clear your thoughts, center and take a few deep breaths. Let go of any preconceptions or expectations of what this meeting will be about.

Take in the first phrase and meet and merge with the spiritual essence of that day. Then focus on the activity indicated by the second phrase while maintaining your connection to the essence of the day.

Remember that your appointment each day runs from sunrise to sunset. During the hours of darkness you will be integrating the previous days appointment and beginning to align with the next day's adventure.
